Akbar Khan | CEO

Akbar holds over 22 years of experience in business management, deal origination, transaction structuring and execution, and relationship management. He started his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London and worked extensively on capital raising and M&A transaction in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He was with BAML where he headed the financial sponsors coverage. He also worked at General Electric where he was a member of the South Asia leadership team. He was responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and M&A transactions in South Asia and the Middle East. He has an MBA degree from the London Business School. He is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Nitin Agrawal | CEO

Nitin has 17 years of cross-functional experience across Financial Services, Research & Consultancy and Media. He has worked from ideation to execution, including business turnarounds. Before IntelleGrow, Nitin worked at Spandana as Dy CEO; helped Fullerton India set up their rural wing; worked with ICICI Bank in micro-banking Product & Tech head besides having done research & consultancy in Social Space at M-CRIL/ EDA Rural Systems. His Media exposure comes from working at Times Group and India Today Group. He also served on Boards of companies in financial services and last mile distribution space. Nitin joined as Head – Operations in Sep-2014 and was elevated as COO & CFO and later as Dy. CEO. He focusses on financial structuring and institution building to prepare IntelleGrow for scale.

Rajan Juneja | Head – Credit

Rajan has over 14 years of experience in SME and Corporate lending in relationship management and credit roles. Prior to IntelleGrow, Rajan worked with HSBC Bank, ING Vysya Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank. Rajan joined IntelleGrow as Head of Credit in Jun-2012 and built the lending approach ensuring risk contained deal processing through the pipeline. He has been instrumental in developing methodologies besides grooming the team to structure cash-flow based debt proposition for early stage enterprises with limited history and hard collateral.
